practically everything, even SKILL BARS cost money, leveling with only 1 maybe 2 skill bars is free.

I dunno if they got rid of that, but if you use your old account you get some legacy stuff that you would otherwise have to pay for, thanks to being a subscriber at one point. I tried to play it after the F2P release at one point, and it seemed fairly similar to what i remember, in terms of UI functionality and all that, without having to pay a dime.
